We welcome collection from our workshop in Leamington Spa CV31. Please contact us to arrange a mutually convenient time to collect and give you directions.

UK Delivery Non Postable Items

Fragile Items and furniture

Medium Size £55/ Large Size £65 (one-man doorstep delivery)

Additional costs may apply to North Ireland, Highlands, Devon/Cornwall, Isle of Wight and those in London Congestion Areas as well as other areas. (Which will be paid by bank transfer in advance or in cash on delivery)

Please check the measurements very carefully before buying, to ensure they will fit through your door. You are always welcome to come to the workshop to view your chosen item prior to purchase.

We offer a free delivery service within a 10-mile radius of Leamington Spa, please contact to arrange. Items can be collected by appointment

We aim to deliver your goods within 1-14 days for courier service. We will notify you if this is not possible. Our courier will contact you directly to arrange a mutually convenient time. You are advised to unwrap and check your goods upon delivery.

Please note:

– It is the responsibility of each customer to ensure that the item ordered will fit through all access points and into the space intended. Sorry, but items cannot be returned because they do not fit.

UK Delivery Postable Items

Small non fragile items

Delivery with parcel company and prices will be £5 or £10 depending on size.

Items can be collected by appointment

We aim to deliver your goods within  2/4 days for parcel service. We will notify you if this is not possible. You are advised to unwrap and check your goods upon delivery.

For homewares and small items, we use Evri or Royal Mail – you will be sent a tracking number where available. All items are plastic wrapped and then packaged appropriately to protect them. To keep costs

down, your item may arrive in reused packaging/cardboard.

International Delivery

We do not  deliver overseas but we are happy to prepare the item to be shipped if you want to arrange your own shippment

Returns

Our stock is predominately vintage, antique, reclaimed or pre-loved thus not brand new. Our pieces show signs of wear commensurate with age and we highlight this in the descriptions. Please note colours can vary from screen to screen, we do recommend viewing where possible. Therefore all items are ‘sold as seen’. If you’d like to see more photos get in touch.

We have every confidence in our products. Should the item not be suitable you can make a return by notifying us with 24 hours of delivery. You will receive a full refund once we have received the goods back – this does need to be within 14 days, goods must be in the same condition as received and you must also pay for and arrange the return. Refunds cannot be issued on any bespoke or personalised items unless they are deemed faulty.

In the event of any goods being damaged during delivery or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours by email at idatreasurehunter@gmail.com or text/phone call 07754830575 with proof. We will endeavour to rectify the problem and/or offer a refund or replacement if possible – as most items are one –offs a replacement may not be available.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order you may do so by contacting us as soon as possible. In the case of posted/couriered accessories and gift orders this must be within 4 hours, as they are likely to be dispatched the following day.

It is not possible to cancel an order once it has been dispatched.

Order acceptance

Our acceptance of your order resulting in the completion of the contract between you and Ida Treasurehunter will take place on the dispatch of the items ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the cancellation terms above. Your order may not be accepted by us in the case that:

  • The item you ordered is unavailable

  • We cannot obtain authorisation for your payment

  • We identify an error in the item price or description

  • You are not eligible to purchase items from us as you fail to meet the criteria set out below

  • We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase made by you at any time. We will take great care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if: we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you

have ordered; we do not deliver to your area; one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.

If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit or debit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.

We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
