Teak secretary designed in the 1960s by Gunnar Nielsen for the Tibergaard. 
 
The secretaire has been professionally and carefully restored with attention to the smallest detail and finishing with varnish. 
After renovation, the furniture looks perfect and can decorate any room.
 
Desk in teak veneer with a working surface, three solid wood drawers, a shelf and time-typical feet. 
Very nice and neat furniture piece in teak, three well proportioned drawers (one with lock) all have intact set in handles and sit beneath the drop down writing desk.
Made in Denmark by Gunnar Nielsen Tibergaard.

Tibergaard who seem to have been a niche maker of desks although they did make a few other pieces. Gunnar Nielsen was one of many very capable lesser known Danish designers of the time, some of whom were also architects . He’s best known for his practical stylish desk designs for Tibergaard.
