A VINTAGE 1960'S, SCHLOSSBERG KERAMIK, LAMP BASE designed by Ilse Stephan
Very similar to their classic ‘Kuba’ range, displaying the same primary coloured motifs on a graphic black and white background.
A very rare find. This range is more common to be found in vases but no lamps.
 
A stylish West German ceramic lamp base made by Schlossberg in the 1950s/60s
A super slice of Mid-Century Schlossberg style, this fabulous lamp is decorated in blocks of red, yellow and turquoise between white slip trails over a matt black base.
 
This “Staufen” design it is a visually stunning piece with a black striped ground punctuated by raised white lines and panels of colour: red, yellow and a greenish-blue.

It’s an eye-catching design with an Atomic style, slightly bulging middle and curved rim, like an onion and at the size that it is, it would certainly with the appropiate hade will make the statement lamp in your home .
 
Condition:
The vase is in excellent unchipped and uncracked condition
In very good vintage condition free of any chips, cracks or crazing.
