Mid Century Vintage Teak and slate coffee tables, 1970 Set of 2
 
These handmade pieces were designed under Pierre Chapo style for Maison Regain around 1970s. 
Also similar to Danish midcentury furniture manufacturers, Bramin. 
 
The structure of this coffee tables are made of teak wood and the top is made of slate.
Teak frame that encases a very heavy and thick black slate (about 5cm thick) supported by four thick  square legs. 
One lower than the other, they make the perfect duo for your living room.
Place them together or one as a coffee table and the second one as end sofa table.

These are a very heavy pieces that weights around 63kg each (It will require a strong person to help with the courier)
 
A very rare, unique and stylish, yet eye catching piece of furniture, that will suit any styled home. 
It’s a striking, statement piece of furniture (and very heavy!) with a textured piece of solid, black slate.  
Sofa or coffee tables –square in shape.

The overall effect of this set of 2 sofa table is a bold and dramatic. 
It’s a naturalistic blend of dark stone and teak wood that looks as contemporary and relevant today as it did when it came out of the workshop on the 70s.

Restored condition.

The slate top is without scratches or crack.
The wooden frame has been restored. Still as any vintage piece light wear might be expected.
